We have always known that Intermediate children know how to bang on ...
But today they really hit the right notes.
The  performances by Room 27  and Room 28 with Fraser Bruce was enthralling. The mix of tuned instruments, so well played, with the range of drums really set our pulses racing.
After an exciting lunchtime; sausages, rain and a fire alarm - Room 26 performed in the Queen Vic hall,  with the Taiko instructors Jane, Mike and Alec. The Taiko moves and rhythms made by drumming on both the skins and the wooden sides of the drums kept the audience entertained.
Another exciting day in our Music Arts Focus.
Tomorrow we are looking forward to a Chinese Fusion Orchestral Group-
This sounds intriguing.
