Piopio day two

Today we meet at school and headed to Clive's dairy farm- he had kept a lone if cows especially for us to watch being milked. We feed calves, lamb and goats with bottles and got to drink cold milk straight from the vat.
We then headed to a shearing shed to watch a team of 7 expertly shear sheep. Students helped pack the bales and learnt a little about animal care.
The goat farm was fascinating with milking goats and the cutest kids.
We finished our day with a walk to the beautiful Marokopa Falls .
Back to school, home on the school bus and off to spend the afternoon with billet families.
