On August 30 2012 Parnell District School was given the opportunity to meet and listen to Dr Tim Foresman. The students were intrigued with both his comedy and knowledge. He talked about climate change and polar bears and also cracked some jokes about them such as "Where does a polar bear go for a dance?...to the snowball." Dr Foresman also signed autographs on the intermediate childrens science books and told us about his good friend Ed Mitchell, the 6th man on the moon. He told the children about expediential growth of population and technology. I would like to have this opportunity again.
